• If you feel that your delivery is taking too long send us an email to sales@tse.co.za with your order number. We will investigate and follow up with you.

During checkout you will have a credit cards/PayFast option. Follow the on screen prompts to complete your order and payment. We accept Visa and Master Cards.

• Cash/EFT

If you would prefer to collect at our office and place your order directly with us, we do accept cash or EFT payment.

• We supply generic toner and inkjet cartridges manufactured to meet and exceed the OEM products. We source only the best quality products internationally.

Return Policy:

• Wrong purchase returns policy:

We have a non-negotiable returns policy on opened items purchased incorrectly. Please make sure you have the correct item before opening the packaging to ensure an easy return.

• Faulty Items Returns Policy

Our manufacturers only refund faulty cartridges if it can be proven to be faulty. We request a copy of the print quality of the cartridge as well as your purchase invoice. Return the product in its original packaging. If the cartridge is below 30% full we will have to receive confirmation from our supplier first that they will replace the cartridge before we can offer you an exchange or a refund.

• Unopened Items Returns Policy

Returning an unopened item within 7 days will be refunded or exchanged for the correct item. We will however need your original proof of purchase.
